The management system is process-oriented and systematically controls the entire workflow throughout the company.
Throughout the development process the application of modern quality tools – such as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) – drives Hatch Stamping’s goal of zero-defect production and leverages the best possible process and production technologies.
Hatch Stamping also uses CAD-based programmable coordinate-measuring machines (CMM) to ensure that all finished products maintain specific dimensions and conform to our high standards
