The Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (AIAM), is a non-profit, member-driven industry organization. AIAM is a platform for Michigan aerospace leaders to work together on a common set of priorities to strengthen and support the continued growth of the Michigan Aerospace industry.

JAMA proudly partners with the Shop Rat Foundation and other community organizations to support youth programming and early career exploration, recognizing that a strong workforce starts with a strong pipeline. By aligning education, industry and community partners, these collaborations help ensure south-central Michigan remains competitive, innovative and ready for what’s next.
