Position: Production Operator

Hourly/Full Time – 40 Hours/Week  

Location: Homer, Michigan

Attire: Formal

Travel: NA

Job Details

We are looking for dependable team members to support manufacturing and assembly operations. These roles are responsible for producing quality parts, meeting production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and 5S standards
  • Operate manufacturing/assembly equipment to produce parts to specification
  • Meet production, quality, and scrap targets
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and production changeovers
  • Complete required production and quality documentation
  • Use gauges and inspection tools correctly

Job Requirements

  • 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Basic math and ability to use gauges, torque guns, and inspection tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
