The Center

The Center (Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center or MMTC) is a nonprofit manufacturing extension and business solutions organization headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, that helps small and mid-sized manufacturers work smarter, compete and prosper. As the official Michigan affiliate of the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), it delivers practical consulting, training and innovation support tailored to the needs of modern manufacturers.

From its Plymouth location, The Center offers a broad range of services including operational excellence guidance (lean/Six Sigma), leadership development, cybersecurity readiness, advanced technology and Industry 4.0 support, quality systems improvement, workforce skills training and food processing services.
