JAMA proudly partners with the Shop Rat Foundation and other community organizations to support youth programming and early career exploration, recognizing that a strong workforce starts with a strong pipeline. By aligning education, industry and community partners, these collaborations help ensure south-central Michigan remains competitive, innovative and ready for what’s next.
