- Supervises the daily activities of production personnel and provides key leadership to safety, quality, housekeeping and cost reduction while promoting positive employee relations within the production team.
- Monitors employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training. Sets employees performance goals that comply with the organization’s plans and vision.
- Consistently and equitably, enforce plant rules, holding crewmembers accountable for all facets of their jobs.
- Supervisor is held accountable to ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements, compliance with legal and company policies, and procedures in a manner consistent with SGC CertainTeed LLC Principles of Conduct and Action.
Job Requirements
Must be able to work a 12 hour shift 6pm - 6am on a rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off Degree preferred, 3-5 years experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
