Job Requirements
- Must have prior Acme Gridley Screw Machine experience (minimum 1 year)
- Complete scheduled quality Checks
- Basic cleaning, oiling and general maintenance of Screw Machine
- Trouble shoot and diagnose minor mechanical difficulties
- Change tools and drills
- Ability to run 2 machines
- Stock machines as needed
- Use of mics/gages/calipers or ability to learn to use the required quality measurement instruments
- Good Attendance is required

- Ability to work on your own and take initiative to complete required tasks.
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work overtime when when required

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hydromat Rotary Transfer Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain Hydromat rotary transfer machines to produce precision components efficiently and accurately. Your expertise will help ensure the highest quality standards while supporting our production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities
- Operate Hydromat rotary transfer machines to produce complex parts with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Conduct troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery
- Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety protocols; document production data accurately for quality control purposes.
Job Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience operating Hydromat rotary transfer machines (2-3 years of experience) or similar multi-station machining equipment.
- Hands-on experience with tooling setup, mechanical knowledge of machining operations, and use of hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately; basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with quality control procedures using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments; factory safety standards awareness.
